This year has been another great year for the label and its signees so it was not out of place that they decided to hold the Lynx Christmas concert to thank Ghanaians for their love and support.
And what a huge success the show, which came off at the +233 Jazz Bar and Grill on Friday, December 20, was! It will definitely be etched in the minds of music lovers who found their way to the venue as they were treated to wonderful performances by the artistes on the Lynx label.
The show, hosted by Citi FM/Citi TV's AJ Akuoko-Sarpong started at exactly 9 p.m. with a performance by the Afro Harmony Band who played so well that the audience, which included a fair share of foreigners, could not help but get up and dance their hearts out.
With a lot of energy, KiDi mounted the stage at 11 p.m. and performed for over 30 minutes starting with a popular Christmas carol Joy to the World. He continued with other songs such as Adiepena, Thunder, Odo, Sugar, Say You Love Me among others.

KiDi and Okyeame Kwame were exciting to watch |
He got the people screaming in excitement when he invited Okyeame Kwame on stage to perform Made In Ghana, a song on which he (KiDi) was featured.
The Rap Dacta as he is affectionately called did not disappoint as he thrilled the patrons. So good was his performance that the patrons wouldn't let him after he was done and kept asking for more, chanting his name. He, of course, gave in and performed some of his much-loved tracks including Woso, Faithful and Bra before leaving the stage.
The twin duo, DopeNation, gave patrons one of the best performances of the night dishing out some of their hit songs such as Confam, Naami, Zanku and Eish.

There was no way patrons would have left without seeing Kuami Eugene on stage.
He was the last act to perform, having made an appearance at the MTN Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols that same night but he made true the saying about saving the best for last because he was awesome.
He also started out with a local Christmas tune, Afehyia Pa, continued with some popular local Gospel songs before moving on to his hit tracks such as Confusion, Wish Me Well, Angela, Killing Me Softly and others.
He performed for nearly an hour starting from 12:10 to 1:00 am and had patrons including Lynx Entertainment boss, Richie Mensah, on their feet throughout his show.

Great performance from Kuami Eugene |
Other artistes such as Kweku Afro and Veana Negasi also helped make the Lynx Christmas concert a huge success.
Some foreigners who interacted with Graphic Showbiz but did not want to be named said they had a great time and would love to see more of such shows every Christmas season when they come to Ghana.
