Rino moves ahead with Odo Ntoma

Rino TheSinger
HE made a commitment to take music more seriously this year and Afro Soul artiste, Rino TheSinger, has done so with the release of a new single Odo Ntoma which follows his rendition of Kojo Antwi’s Dadie Anoma which he dropped in March this year.

Produced by Leham, Odo Ntoma which Rino says he intends to use to promote Ghanaian wear such as Kente and the Northern Smock also praises the uniqueness of ladies and how they have to be shielded from danger.

This is the first time Rino TheSinger has done an original composition after doing many covers of songs by various artistes.

“This song is to appreciate women while projecting what we have as Ghanaians. I have been doing renditions of popular songs and this time around, I have decided to bring something special to my fans,” he stated.

Rino TheSinger has faced rejections in his attempt to break through in the music industry but he still forges on, hopeful that he will definitely get to the top.

In 2016, he auditioned for Vodafone Icons but couldn’t make it to the final list. Not discouraged, he made another attempt, this time with MTN Hitmaker in 2017 but again, he couldn’t make it beyond the selection stage.

Having missed out on the opportunities a talent reality show would have afforded him, Rino, a graduate of the University of Professional Studies (UPSA), decided to take his fate into his own hands and released his first single, I Don’t Wanna Know last year but it didn’t fly because it did not get a lot of promotion.

He has done covers of Cher’s Believe, Elton John’s Your Song and I Wanna Know What Love Is by Foreigner and Rino TheSinger told Graphic Showbiz his greatest wish is to be signed to a record label.

“I finance my works and would appreciate any professional support though Legacy Life Entertainment is one label I would love to be part of,” he stated.
