The song was released on Monday, September 16 and WillisBeatz told Graphic Showbiz that he had been working on the collaboration with Teddy A since August and glad the piece was finally out.
“Teddy and I have been vibing on Instagram since last year. He has been waiting to do something with me since the Big Brother season 3 which he was a housemate. I played this beat and sent to him and recorded his version the same day,” he said.
He mentioned that the beat was done to reflect the style of the Nigerian artiste adding that Teddy A was the right person to give the song a lively vibe.
“I see him as the good man for this beat. Indeed he did exactly what our fans would love.”
Continental Vibe is WillsBeatz's third single after tracks Such as Beatmaker featuring DopeNation, Kuami Eugene, MOG, Pee On da Beat, and Article Wan and Bisa with Nothing I Get singer, Fameye.
The next track, he promised, will feature some acts including Quamina MP, DopeNation and Lynx Entertainment signee, KiDi.
WillisBeatz, who is best known for producing Shatta Wale’s hit singles has worked with other great musicians including Guru on Samba, Ebony on Sponsor, Kofi Kinaata on Made in Taadi, and Kuami Eugene on Wish Me Well
