Whether I sit on the left or the middle row on Sundays at Word Aflame Family Chapel located at Dawhenya adjacent the new Dawhenya Police Station, I always see her seated on the right row looking as beautiful as ever.
Today being 25th December, Minister Cassy Martey, the Gospel Artiste, is a year older, but it looks like she is growing younger by the day. I mean looking at her beauty which is to the extent of William Shakespeare's shall I compare thee to a Summer's day, one would clearly know that she is the direct contrast to Ayi Kwei Armah's the beautiful ones are not yet born.



But interestingly, it's not her beauty that concerns me but her voice. When she ministers, it speaks to the very core of your soul. It brings comfort and the assurance that God will prove Himself faithful in every situation in which you find yourself. So from Nana Yaw Asare's ƆDOMANKOMA to Celestine Donkor's ƆKRONKRONHENE to Joe Mettle's ƆWANWANI to Stella Steel 's ƆKURA YEN MU to your own OKOKROKO, you have used every note, key, pitch, melody, rhythm and harmony to minister just as David played the secrete chord to please the Lord.



Last year she released her album OKOKROKO which had Eight Songs and launched it successfully. Within days after the release, the song was heard on most of the radio and TV stations. With her singing ministry CASSY MARTEY MINISTRY she has blessed and touched the lives of many souls including mine. Every year she organises a worship experience dubbed AN EVENING AT HIS FEET. which draws anointed ministers to join her in leading people to the feet of God.
Ever since I have been with you in church I have carefully examined, scrutinized, eliminated, substituted, added, subtracted, multiplied, devided, compared and contrasted and realised that indeed a life is made perfect in Christ.

Today being her birth day I pray for more grace to her age. May the anointing on her life increase with speed and her ministry stretch to the length and breath of the world.
