Shatta Wale Crowned "African Artiste Of The Year" At The 2017 African Pride Awards

 

The self-acclaimed dancehall king Shatta Wale has been crowned with laurels to add to his lines of awards and recognition.

The Ghanaian artiste, who released bunches of international hits was crowned "African Artiste of the year" at the 2017 African Pride Awards held in Grand Ballroom at the Montcalm in England on Sunday August 13, 2017

Shatta Wale beats some of the top most artistes in Africa like Davido (Nigeria), Mr. Eazi (Nigeria), Tekno (Nigeria), Tiwa Savage (Nigeria) and Diamond Platnumz (Tanzania) who were also nominated in the "Artiste of the year" (Africa) category

On winning the award, the Ghanaian star took to his Facebook page to update his fans of his laurel and to thank the organisers and all his loyal fans who made it possible for him.
